I have been fishing out of the float tubes for bass here recently and i can honestly say we have been tearing them up! We go out for a couple hours and catch many fish. Any one else on here use float tubes?  |

I did for a few years when I used to Bass fish..Most times I caught more with the tube instead of the boat.

I got a buddy thats pushing 300 and let me tell you hes a big boy. We took him out a week ago and it was fine.  |

I'm 6'11" and close to 500 pounds right now. I played basketball in college at 315 pounds and had a 36" waist at that time. I don't fit in much of anything made for humans.

Mission, I had seen him several times but untill I shook his hand the first time and stood beside him.you do not really get a good respect for how large he is. Am glad that he is in my corner! He is really one heck of a nice guy..You will get to meet him this Summer when we all get together..Beleive me when I say that there is not one ounce of flab on the man!

We want to tube so bad. But as ya'll all know, the snakes around here would all want to "come out and play" too. They come up to the boat and eat our fish. I'll pass. There is one guy that tubes pretty regular. We asked him if the abundence of snakes doesn't bother him. He said they don't worry him. We even talked about how many there are at this lake.  |

hey dt if you really want to tube bad i would suggest wearing wagers then they can't bother you good luck and i hope you and lymi do try it it is a blast and so relaxing you won't believ it

hey dave they do make large man size but as far as helping mission with his dad lol well thanks for being on the site and hope to meet ya soon i'm sure you will see i am at a disadvantige going again mission all the time he his bigger than me but i am his dad lol he knows better lol

PSSSSST!!! hey mission, I'll tell you a secret I learned when I was about 16. Dad's know things that their Sons don't yet, and it doesn't matter if you are bigger, stronger, in better shape, faster, or anything else. Don't mess with the Old Man, you can't win. However the constant Harrassment is quite entertaining and you are welcome to keep that up.

aaaah to be young again! I have to agree float tube are the best for ponds and small lakes. all though missionx4 took me to school the last time we were out.
