You must have softer skinned gars down there than we do here. Youd havta use a bandsaw ta fillet a gar like that. I think you could make snake leggins outta gar hide.

;D They are just as hard to filet down there as up here. Takes a sharp knife to skin it first..Are tasty though.

I use a hatch to split them then a fillet knife after that
