Wow that is beautiful there. I know you are proud of it. It would be great if someday we could sneak over there. It would be fun. It'd really be fun if everyone could meet at the same time. Doug and his wife might pull there hair out if they had us all show up at once. lol My Wife says if she can survive our combined Familys for a week she can survive anything

Yes it would. What would be even better is for all of us to be able to spend a weekend visiting and fishing all to gether at one time.

You guys are very kind, I appreciate it. I planned a get together once for one of the aquarium forums, and we had a blast. I would love to do it again, I'll make the same offer here that I made there. If someone wants to have a shindig, I'll cook (It's one of the things I do really well) I can go anything from burgers and dogs to a whole hog, I have a grill that holds 350 pounds of meet and has tires and a trailer hitch. Bob, I really enjoyed getting to meet you and talk a bit, I would have loved to visit longer, but the bait store closed at 7:30 and I didn't want to miss that either ;D Next time I'll plan things better, or hopefully we can meet at the boat dock and go from there. I really appreciate the loan of the bait net, I hope you found it returned safely before you took off driving the pick up truck. I didn't want to disturb you early on a Saturday morning when I returned it. The fishing was slow, but we really had a great time. ddog and his Dad both joined us, and it's the first time the four of us have ever gotten out in the boat together. We caught several crappie at susnset, and again as sunrise, the cats were busy but finnicky and we had a lot of good runs and bobber bouncing, but only managed to get hooks into 3 of them. It was a typical new moon high pressure system sort of night. I hope to go again Monday night, but We'll see what happens. So far this year three of the four of us have caught fish that are big enough for a fish Ohio Award. The good news for you is the new state record is still swimming in the lake somewhere. Dave

I'll watch my Schedule, but I am not getting to go to Mo. Much these days because no one in Mo. Is buying machines right now. Either way I'll make sure you know anytime I travel across the big Ditch.
I should have mentioned that Flatcat and I are good firends, We met through work, and he's decent Guy all the way around.

Was planning on going to the HH shindig but will not get to again this year. With the cutback hours at work, moving and now the blasted fuel pump out on the Blazer. More importantly is the health issue with the pollen and COPD. Seems like there isn,t enough time anymore.

I really hate for it to happen again..With cut back hours at work and first one thing, MOVING to get away from the kids, then my breathing and now the Blazer again! Still have not got out to fish yet....
