Sorry guys. Been crazy around here. Dennis' father was in the hospital for a week and is still recovering. Since I am managing the bakery now, I have been working 10 to 12 hours days through the holidays. Then I got really sick with bronchitis. Had to go get a shot and prescriptions to make it through work cause I couldn't take off.
Then Dennis' blood pressure shot through the roof. Had to take him to the er. So after that, he had lots of dr appointments and tests. It is fairly well under control right now with new meds.
We've had the grandkids a lot since my daughter and her husband are working a lot of overtime right now too. We didn't even make it to Thanksgiving at Dennis' folks as we were just too sick and didn't want to expose his father to it.
I did get off Thanksgiving day and the day after. Dennis and I were nuts enough to do some early black Friday shopping. Never again. Those people are nuts. There ain't no deal worth putting up with that.
I do have some computor work I have to do for the bakery. So I've been on some. I've come over and peeked to see what's up. But I can't be posting at work, so, it's just been a quick check up.
After the holidays, things will slow way way down. then I can be back to more free time to be on the computor. We did talk them into closing Dec 25 , 26 and 27. And Jan 1,2,3. Really looking forward to some rest. Haven't slept well at night at all. That bakery is on my mind ALL the time. I Hate managing it, but have no choice. I have cried over it, and stressed like you would not believe.
We honestly thought the bakery was gonna shut down come Januaray. Then I got new yesterday that has my mood SO much better. I was told that not only are we gonna stay open, they are gonna make some improvements. They told me that not only did I SAVE the bakery, but it is making money, and they are all kinda surprised by the turn around. I actually brought in more money for Thanksgiving the their other bakerys. They came to me and asked me for advice on what I did. I am so happy to hear all of this. I have been so discouraged and down. I am just proud.
Anyways, this has been long. I have missed yall. We have come to love all of ya'll and care about all of ya'll. Thanks for caring about me and asking. I'll be back, and ya'll will be wishing, I'd just hush up

Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait til I can start spending more time here again. I have actually been just relaxing today. It's really nice to slow down. But it's gonna start back up again.
