I know Christmas was some time ago, but no one seems ta be posting so I thought I'd tell ya bout it. I got me a Daisy Red Ryder BB gun. ;D I think I musta been thinkin out loud around summa the kids bout a BB or pellet gun would be handy fer snakes while fishing. And lo an behold, one got me this Red Ryder. Shootin atta cardboard box requires saftey goggles, cuz they bounce right back atcha. I really dont think this will kill a snake. Prolly more'n likely just make em mad. But the thought was good, bless their lil pea pickin hearts.

I have a old bb gun. I pratice quick shooting all the time in the house at a box. I am a good shot and like to shoot flying black bees in the summer! I never shoot birds because I like them around and feed them! The black bees make holes everywhere!

I got a Red ryder, It was my Brothers when we were kids, its one of the old ones with the wooden stock and wooden Foreend. It shoots hard enough to whack Birds and the occasional Rat if I get close enough (Rats are tough Buggers). Dad has a sheridan that belonged to grandfather, and I shoot pidgeons for him with it. Dave

This is the first Red Ryder I ever had. When I wasa kid I hadda Daisy but I dont remember the model cept it looked alot like the 1892 Winchester. Held 40 BBs. And would raise a heck of a whelp. I think I'll try what Bobber uses his for. Cept I really like using a badmitin racket on them wood bees. I dont think this Red Ryder would scare a bird. Much less whack it.
