what's good with walnuts?

There is a guy that comes in our bakery every Sat morn. You would think he is homeless, but he does have a home. But he always smells bad, rides his bike everywhere, and does not have much. He is not all there. His brother takes him places in the car. He has come in for years. He especially likes me. Sometimes I will give him a donut. Every Saturday he brings me candy for the grandkids. I usually just throw it away. It is sealed, but it is covered in dirt and lint from his pocket. He gets the candy from banks and such for free. I gave him some frozen fish one time that we had caught, and he still talks about that. He will talk my head off, and I try to make him understand I need to be working.
Anyways, he brought me a bag of walnuts today. Got it from the local food bank. He said, "I told them I was gonna give them to you and you would make me something. I just know you will make me something" So, I am gonna make him something. I usually don't use Walnuts much. What is good? I was thinking maybe brownies with walnuts in them. Whatever I make, it has to be packed so that he can carry them on his bicycle. He does have a basket.

My Birthday Cake every year is a 2 layer chocolate Cake with Walnuts baked into it, and Chocolate Icing with Walnuts on top, Chocolate and Walnuts are the best together. Aside from that, it's good in most fruit breads like bannana bread or cranberry bread, I put walnuts in homemade ice cream, and I make cheese balls for get togethers and I always roll them in Walnuts. Walnut's are really versatile, just make him anything and chunk in some Walnuts.

Wow, you must like Walnuts. It seems like down here,everything is made with pecans. There are a lot of pecan trees here. My favorite is actual almonds. I love almonds. But I like most any. Cashews, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc. I am not real craz about pecans, but they are ok. If Dennis wants to get on my good side, it's either chocolate covered almonds or jordon almonds.

Pecans require a lot of Butter to be great, but they are good enough most of the time. I do many of the same things with Pecans as I do with Walnuts. I like most of nuts, but Walnuts and Cashews are my favorites. Pecans are popular Down South mostly because they grow down South. Up here they are all about the same in popularity.

Butter pecan ice cream is my favorite and black walnut ice cream! Bananna bread r cake with walnuts is excellent with some powdered sugar on top! My favorite nut is macadamia nuts! They are the best nut because of their high monosaturated fats and the oil is one of the best cooking oils you can buy!

I love macademia nuts. Kinda pricy, but great.
