computor help please

Back to my old laptop. My desktop is major screwed up again.

Got kicked off again earlier. Going to try this again. Something about my Yahoo! toolbar keeps kicking me off of certain sites. That's a new one. It just said, "This website does not supply identity information." Just more to frustrate us.

Do not know why it does that from time to time with yahoo. It comes up on mine from time to time to remove "cookies" to make mine run faster...I do know that a lot of times I can not click on some links in my E-Mail or in some PMs for some reason. Tells me to remove some programs which I do not want to remove or that the link is unsafe to open???

My computer finally went through some updates and fixed that problem. Now to keep my Internet on for more than a few minutes at a time.

Been having the same problem with mine as well as with the power going out for several hours at a time...Still getting heavy storms here.

Yea!!! I have new Internet (different provider)!! ;D

I have a 2-week window to decide if I want to keep in or not. So far, so good. I am taking some time to surf around everywhere I sometimes go online to see how it works everywhere. ProBoards, for some reason, have always been the SLOWEST sites to load. For the past few months, these sites have loaded so slow I wanted to punch something, lol. (that is, when I could even get into the proboards)

But tonight, it popped right up! This, I can live with. I just hope it works in bad weather, too. So far, much better!

Am trying to get used to this laptop and am about ready to toss it out!! Did go to a wireless mouse and that helps bunches..My son called and said that the desktop is ready for him to bring back and set up for me...
