Hawiaan Chess pie

Made this today. It's really good. I actually won second place with it at the county fair in 1992.


Hawiaan Chess Pie

3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup melted butter
8 oz crushed pineapple with juice
2/3 cup coconut


Combine everything but pineapple and coconut. Beat till smooth. Add pineapple and coconut. Pour in unbaked 9" pie shell
Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.

No prob. It is very good. I'd like to see more recipes posted. I love to try new recipes. I'm gonna start putting more up. Hope to see more from everyone.
