I love dandelines with vinegar and olive oil! Great cooked ! The yellow flower makes sweet wine!Check out this link to fine salads! My dad told me one time when I sipped some dandeline wine a friend of his made that if you drink too much it effects your legs first!

The heat will kill the roots so they will not grow!
