The grandkids were here this weekend and I fried up fish for supper. I thought they was gonna be sick, they ate so much. Then what was left, I put in the ice box and they snacked on it all day today. I love it when people like my cooking. Here is all I did: I soaked it for a while in milk with lemon juice. Then I mixed flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, and a bit of baking soda. Tossed it around in the flour mixture and fried it up. Those young uns sure did love it.

My Mother must have taught you how to do that!! LOL I know that it was good fixed that way.
