When we bought the land next door , we inherited some nice tall oak trees. They are several years old. But they don't grow or spread out. They are a nice deep green. What can we do to make them grow bigger?

Oaks Grow painfully slow, it's just the nature of the beast. I use Jobs tree spikes twice a year for all of my trees, that about the only thing I know that will help. Dave

What you may have is scrub oak or live oak....Will not get much over about 15 to 20 foot tall...limb spread out to about 25 to 30 feet in diameter..If it is that it will not get much larger than a mesquite. Jobs tree spikes is about the best..just follow the directions on the package. Some now and again in late August...Need to know the trunk diameter to tell you about water feed pipe.....
