First off is you are squemish, don't watch it, it's a how to on cleaning a catfish. Secondly bear in mind there are many ways to skin a cat, and very few of them wrong, so If you have your own ways of doing things, that's great. I've had several folks ask me to post this, so I went ahead and did a short video this morning.
