How do you prepare your squash? I fry it sometimes. Mom used to make something with zucchinni, tomatoes and onions. I sure wish I had that recipe. It was so good. Here is one of our favorite ways for me to fix it. Kinda makes it un-healthy, but it is SO good.
I just cut up zucchinni, yellow squash and onions. However much I think we will want. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Then put it in a casserole dish with a stick of butter. Then bake it for awhile. Mmmm mmmm good.

Will have to try that. It does sound good...Mom made one like the first one also and it was very good...Tomatoes would give it a tart taste...

I like spegetti squash with garlic powder or garlic salt and butter backed in oven or just in the micro wave! Some people even put spegetti sause on it since it has long strands like spegetti.

Yum. Spaghetti squash!!!!!!! Haven't had it in years. We did fix it like spaghetti. Spaghetti sauce, hamburger meat, squash instead of spaghetti. Thanks for reminding me Frank. I gotta go get some and cook it. I might scout around online for recipes as I haven't cooked it in a long time.

Its not to late to plant them. They grow about 5 on a vine or more depending on the soil!
