We love sweet potatoes. Mainly just microwave them We have an awesome recipe for a sweet potato, pecan casserole. It is great. My mother in law made sweet potatoes with apples the other day. It was great. Any other suggestions on how to cook them?

I like mine with brown sugar and marshmallow. With the pecans is good..

Just butter. I like yams better! Sweet Potatoes have nicer leaves for the flower planter! Sweet potato pie is really good!

Prep Time: 10 minTotal Time: 30 minMakes: 10 servings, 1/2 cup eachWhat You Need 3 cans (15 oz. each) sweet potatoes, drained 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows Make It HEAT oven to 350°F. Beat sweet potatoes, butter, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg with mixer until blended.
SPOON into lightly greased 1-1/2-qt. casserole dish; top with marshmallows.
BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.
