I was hunting for a recipe for rhubarb pie. I ate it growing up and loved it. Hadn't had it in a while. Found a recipe for blueberry/rhubarb pie. I thought, "this is gonna be really gross or really good". Oh my. It is awesome. Dennis didn't think he'd like it, and he loved it too. (wasn't just being nice and saying he liked it, he really did. ) I'd post the recipe here, but I'll bet not many like rhubarb. I love the way it is sweet/sour in a pie. But wasn't very much sour to this one. LOVE IT>

Maybe that would be a good seller at your bakery? I think it would be great!

Nope. We make certain things. Can change some things up a little bit. But as far as baking, we take what we get. This would be too complicated, plus it would involve them trying to find the right product. I love rhubarb, but I don't see it being a good seller.

Not many resturants carry that pie either.

Mmmm..... I love rhubarb, too. Been wanting to make one (have some in the freezer) but waiting until it cools off, first. I have always made Strawberry-Rhubarb pies. Never thought to try it with Blueberries. I will have to try that! I have made Peach-Blueberry pie and it is always a big hit. I planted some this year, but..... just as the last time, it got up real big and pretty, then.... disappeared. Did you eat it with ice cream on it?
