Everyone loves these, and they are pretty easy to make. Bacon wrapped jalapenos Cut jalapeno in half. Take out seeds and membrane (depending on how hot you want them ;D) Fill the half with cream cheese. Wrap with raw piece of bacon and secure with toothpick. Either grill out side, or bake at 400 until bacon starts getting crispy YUM I've made these before and didn't get much of the seeds and membrane out. Almost to hot to eat.

Actually saw them today at the grocery store already made up. 6.99 lb!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought that was pretty pricey. But then again, jalapenos and bacon don't weigh very much, so I guess that is why.

When I get started on these, I end up eating them like popcorn! I have jalapenos, cream cheese, and bacon in my fridge now to make them with, but it has been too hot to start a fire or turn on my oven. They are good with American cheese in them, too. I saw some jalapeno cheese at the deli one day and wondered how that would be stuffed into them.
