skunk update

I am SOOOOOOOOOOO tired of walking in the house and smelling that skunk. It has been long enough. I was convinced he died under the house. So I just crawled underneath with the flashlight and looked. Nothing. Dogs even went under with me. If there had been a skunk under there, they would have reacted and went nuts. They didn't. So I guess he is gone. Probably sprayed the underside. Which means , I guess we will have to just deal with that smell longer. Ohhhhhh , for fresh air.

Ok, now I am sitting here at the computor. I think after crawling around under there, my clothes smell like a skunk. Ya think a bath and a load of laundry are due???/ If I run out of clothes, I could always borrow a dress from Hilly. Love ya Hilly my friend

Do you know anyone who has an ozone machine you could borrow for a couple of days. They will remove any scent.

A couple of years ago, a buddy stopped by my house on his way home in a brand new truckl. I gave him a couple packages of frozen spoonbill which he forgot and left in the truck over the weekend. By Monday morning the fish had thawed and all the water soaked into his new carpet.

As the summer went on and the sun got hotter, the smell in his new truck continued to get worse. After trying air fresheners, candles, incense and multiple steam cleanings he put an ozone machine in the truck and left it for 2 days.

When he opened the door, not only was the fish smell gone, but the new truck scent was gone too. it literally removed all scent from the truck, whatsoever.

Thanks Tellyfone!!!!!!!!!!!!! You got my attention. I priced ozone machines. Now I know why you suggested borrowing one. ;D ;D ;D Walmart has some air puriferiers for 50-100 . We are wondering if they might work about as good. Haven't bought one yet.
