Yea I use mesquite flavoring and tenderizer wrap in foil and in the oven it goes. lol And now for that tough steak like round steak I cut into small pieces and flour it fry 3 min on each side. Then take 2 cans of mushroom soup in a deep pan like for soup and stir your mushroom soup in and add 1 can water 1 can milk stir it really well and then had your steak to it stir cook on medium to medium low for an hour and it is tender and gooood. lol and you can do the same with skinless chicken breast the same way have mashed potatoes with it cause it makes the soup into gravy now im getting hungry. lol

take a chuck roast put powdered sugar all over it then throw it on the grill the sugar will burn and seal the juices in and when it's done will be tender as the highest priced steak

tried it last night. Loved it. There seems to be a slight sweetness to it. I can't place what any of the ingredients are. What I really liked is that it seemed to enhance the steak, not overpower it. We were really impressed. You ought to sell it. Some seasonings, you taste the seasoning and not the steak. Ya'll will love it Mick. Thanks again Doug.
