1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1.4 tsp pepper 6 medium poyatoes, peeled and sliced 3 medium onions, sliced 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed golden mushroom soup 1/2 cup water
in skillet, lightly brown ground beef, drain well. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper, set aside. Place half the potatoes and half the onions in greased crockpot. Add browned beef. Top with rest of potatoes and onions. Combine soup with water, spread over the top and spread evenly. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
*I like to use a can of the cheddar cheese soup instead of mushroom. You could use any flavor cream soup and can add a can of sliced mushrooms in too. When I use those, I put the mushrooms on top of the meat before I add the last of the potatoes and onions.
