Grrr. My desktop has started freezing up on me some. It is only about a year old, and it is a good computor. Has more then my laptop does. I have run virus scans and c cleaner, and all. It is still doing it. I love my laptop, but I also love my desktop as I can do more on it. Any suggestions???

Maybe the router acting up and not the computer. Remember several months ago mine was acting up. Couldn't find the cause . Turned out that it was the router going bad. Once the provider changed it ,it was fine...

You may have a point there. I just realized something. Last week, our internet went down. Dennis called our server, and they got it back up and running again. Dennis had to unplug everything, and do a few other things. It seems it has started happening since then. I didn't think about that until you said that.

That is the same thing that we were having to do. It got to the point that it had to be done all the time..Would say no internet connection though everything was showing it was working.

Now the laptops won't stay connected to the network. Sounds like the router may be acting up.
