There is a , what we all call a pontoon at the tank. It has been there for years to fish off of. The water around it was extremely deep (as you can see from the bank behind it). The water was always also behind it, when you walked up the ramp, some of the ramp would be in water. Now it isn't even close to water.

Also pile up some logs tied together for cover.
