The stairs are the stairs he escaped on. I thought it was so cool to sit where he escaped. He did kill 2. Shot a guard outside his window. Then, were Dennis is standing, is where he shot the other. Guard came running around the corner to see what the shots were, and that is where he was shot. There is a bullet hole in the wall behind Dennis. The street is the window looking out were Billy was held awaiting his hanging.
