The pond is 2 John Deers cab tractors (one on top of the other) deep. There is another 200-300 feet around the bend you see in the top left corner. There is another 200 feet behind the right front corner. I have photos I took when it was being dug somewhere. I'll post when I locate them. Attachments:

Been thinking and thinking and thought that I'd go ahead and say it. That would make a very nice pay lake for catfish. Could even have some camping spots to rent out.

The campers you see in the back ground of the photo is a deer camp.
It will never be a pay to fish pond. It's stocked for me I guess I'm the only one who fishes in it. My kids do ever once in a while. But mostly just me. But I love it that way.

I'm thinking that might be an ideal location for the first annual Catfish world get together and hog roast. Just a random thought I decided to share ;D

It would be nice. But the pond belongs to my husbands boss. I don't figure he would let us. There's 4 chicken houses on the farm. In fact you can see 2 of them in the back ground on the top right side of the photo. The cattle (over 100 head) there are on open range.
I'll take some photos of the Gurdon lake it's a great place and it has a park beside it with grills and picnic tables. That can be reserved for gatherings.

Dave and I are waiting to hit the Ohio lottery then have a get together. Dave and I will do the hog but someone else will have to do the cleanup of all the dishes.
