That's my fault on all counts, been really busy lately. He did recieve the gift card and asked me to say thank you, he also recieved a get well card from Dale and Dennis and ask me to pass along his thanks. He healed up really well and fairly quickly and is getting back in shape. He was healed for deer season but when he tried to walk in the woods he was too out of shape to go far so he played camp cook for everyone else. He is getting better and better each day as far as being able to walk without getting out of breath.
