The final numbers are in, and the winners are as follows:
1st place with 350 points LSull also had the biggest channel and the most fish entered
2nd place Daveedka
3rd Place Setthehook
Biggest fish was Hooklineandsinker with a 22 pound blue.

I am 65 years old and started fishing when I was three. All those years I would set the hook, feel the fish turn and begin reeling it in. The other day I set the hook and the fish just kept on going with the drag running. I've fished in 6 States, 3 countries and the gulf and never had a fish do that before.
Dave catches the bait because he can throw the net, He baits my hooks because the fish won't bite if I touch the bait, He casts my line out because I can't since I had my Stroke, and he runs the landing net for me. If he wasn't my little boy I'd feel sorry for him. I'd give him the boat but I'm afraid he'd leave me home. I sure do like outfishing him. ;D ;D

Aw Shucks  you're going to ruin my tough guy image. You used to do all that stuff for me when I was a little kid (or at least a young kid, I was never little) Anyhoo, you bought the boat After I harrassed you for years about how nice a pontoon would be ;D Stthehook always helps with all those things as well. And we have a lot of fun fishing. Besides, who would we pick on if we left you at home  Great job on the tourney and congrats on catching the three biggest Channel cats of your life in a two week period. dave |

Llsull and Dave, I loved your story. It just really makes me so proud that you won the tournament.  It was such a heart warming story. I miss the days of fishing with my dad. Bad thing is that I hated fishing back then. I wish he was around to see how much I love it now. But I always went with him because I loved being with him. Daddy's little girl here. So reading your story just filled me with such good memories. Thank you. |

WTG !!! I think it was the best Tourney we have had yet!! With GOOD LUCK and better times maybe this ol catter will also show how to fish for them..
