I have one of those food savers. I love it. But when freezing meat, fish or anything "wet", I hate freezing it first before I can seal it. I have figured out an awesome idea. After I put meat, or whatever in the bag, I take a sheet of wax paper, and "tuck" it in . So when it sucks the air out, the juices get trapped in the wax paper, and I can seal "wet" things without freezing them first.

Good idea !! Margie used zip lock baggies removed as much air then used the food saver.
