Well, everyone keeps telling us we need a George Foreman grill. Wally world had some on clearance the other day, so we got one. Did steaks tonight. Was really impressed. They cooked really fast, and were really really juicy. Can't wait to try chicken, fish , etc. I may just really like that contraption.

George is nice to have around. I really like him. lol I learned right off the bat to not pay any attention to the directions for cooking steaks. Unless ya want really well done steaks. I cook 3/4 to one inch steaks for about 4 minutes. Prolly bout the same for pork 1/2 inch cuts. I like my pork alil more done than my beef. It don't do bone in anything very well. I usually cut the bone out of whatever I cook on it. Oh and when ya clean it. If ya just soak a paper towel and wipe it off right after you get done cooking ( while its still hot) it comes off a lot easier.

I have had mine for about 5 or 6 years and really like it. Steak and porkchops is all I have ever cooked on it..Learned also, like Hilly, to wipe it off with a wet paper towel while it is still warm...I also spray it with Pam from time to time before using it .
