squash bugs?

Ok, we are getting squash bugs. I put some 7 on them. I have some huge marigolds growing right next to the plants. I read on line how to kill them. Mostly it says to pick each one off by hand. Or to lay a board next to the squash and in the morning, they will be under the board.
Any suggestions??? How do I get rid of them. My squash has been putting on a lot, and I don't want to loose them. Plus, we are gonna be putting pumpkins down, and they will hit them too. HELP

I dunno. Seven will work I think. So I think will water/capsicum/dawn dish soap inna spray bottle.
So will plantin em late after the hatch.
