Was just looking at the weather map, and MC didn't get spared, it ran right through his area as well. Dave

Got caught in it again!! Had very high winds from the North East this time for some reason. Not much rain again but some quarter inch hail. Pictures on the news last night showing lots of baseball size hail in town.. Didn't loose power any this time though. Did unplug the computer again because of all the lightening . Am tired of having to pick up tree limbs from the yard and roof..Figure it is just a matter of time before one of these tall trees come down on the house again...They really need to be topped out very much. Calling for more severe storms again this afternoon. Every time I plan on fishing these storms come up. Am thinking about stopping fishing and start playing marbles or shooting pool again in the bars..

Glad ya'll are ok without major damage. Your statement Mc makes me laugh. The last few times we have gone fishing, a storm has come up. EVERY time. So we have been talking about the fact that we need to go fishing because we need the rain. And then......... In reading "they shoot canoes dont they", he was talking about the same thing. Said when they go camping, it rains. Since there was a drought, they had to go camping. How everyone was so grateful to them for the "sacrifice" they were making. Sound almost exactly like the conversation Dennis and I have been having. We are hoping to take a break from the hospital tomorrow and go for awhile. No rain in the forcast. We'll see ;D ;D

With the AC on it was fairly nice inside at a steady 83. Would not cool down any more than that. But that was cool compared to being outside where it reached 104 on the front porch today..

Weather has changed for the better.. Yesterday was nice and today is even better. It is a cool 79 out now with a gentle breeze . Inside with the doors and windows open it is 69...Sorta cool and thinking bout putting on a pair of sweats....No rain yet but need it very bad. Every thing is turning brown and looking dead.
