gnats

We have got gnats everywhere in the house. Don't have any fruit or anything to attract them. When it would happen at the bakery, the health dept. would tell us to put a little bleach in each drain at night. Said they come up through the drain and that stops them. But that don't help the ones already here. Any suggestions on how to get rid of them?

a bowl of cider vinegar will attract and drown them.

I have the same problem here and will have to try that also
