Well, we went fishing today. Came home early as fish had lockjaw. ;D On the way home, we are seeing smoke towards our house. Closer we got , the worse it looked. I was almost crying. Kept telling Dennis we have insurance, but my puppies are in the house. Horrible ride home. When we got home, they were doing a control burn at the end of our road!!!! They had called the house and left a message they were gonna do it, but of course we weren't home to get that message. But then they decided to burn the field across from us!!!!! 
Ya'll know I have complained many times about it. It was great to have it burned down. It was really interesting to watch. Firetrucks everywhere and huge huge flames. I took many pictures, I will post them when I get a chance. But I was so glad we came home when we did. It's one thing to be at the end of the road, but if we'd come home when it was burning right across the street, I would have gone into a panic.

The call was made at 12:30 stateing on the answering machine that it would be started at 1:00.
