We have never had an issue with scorpians here. NEVER found any in the house. The other day, we found one in front bathtub. I have NEVER been stung by one, but heard it really hurts. And have heard horror stories of people having them in their house. Sure home this is an isolated incident.

I got stung by a scorpion the first time I ever went to Texas. Hurt pretty bad but nothing compared to a southern Ohio Hornet. It did swell up bigger than any other insect bit or sting I've ever experienced. By the way we don't have Scorpions in Ohio. Dave

Ouch scorpions aren't indigent to Ohio and besides that they don't live here. The fact that you guys compare them to Hornets tells me they are bad. My grandad served during WW1 in Panama. They were supposed to check their boots by banging them by the heel before they put their foot in the boot. Of course the one morning he woke up late he got stung. His foot swelled up and he had to go to sick bay. The Army court marshaled him for not following orders.
