Gar cooking. This vid was shot the week before the first one. Last week, I even got Earl to try some. He was amazed at how sumpthin we all had always been told was nasty, could taste so good. So Dave learned me sumpthin when him and Lsull was here.

Those vids are so neat..Thanks for putting them on here. If you don't know about it. Here is a very good pot and pan cleaning tip. Before cooking, coat the outside of the coffee pot and fry pan with liquid dish soap(keep it below the pour spout and top edge of the pan.) Will clean the black soot off the outside very easy.

I learned about that after I had blackened my skillet. Also learned bout wrapping the bottom of the pan with a sheet of foil. I carry a small pump sprayer and a scratch pad and putty knife. That orta remove bout anything..... you'd think.
