I think we need a reserch link that any questions about anything would be reserched. My fisrt one ! Does wearing a hat or head covering to bed at night have any benifit on health. Most homes turn their heat down at night and the head is exposed to say 65 degree temperatures or lower wih a very low humidity! Maybe colds styart for this reason in the winter! who knows anything about this!

I don't know anything about it. I do know that as a kid I learned early that it was warmer sleeping with my head under the covers and all these years later I still do. Guess maybe I'm part seal as I have a small air opening.

I cured myself of covering my head up sleeping years ago, made for an awful smell through the night. lol
