Check this out, a lot better and easier than using a steel and flint to start a fire and been around a lot longer. I found a site and sent it over to ridge to check out and he found this in the site. It's pretty dang neat and really easy to start a fire with. You'll have to thank ridge for the discovery, and if any of you make your own we want to see the pics of them. I know there are several people on here that will have one made in a day or so, wish I had a job in a machine shop now, I know I would have one made in nothing flat. video.google.com/videosearch?q=f ... &ct=title#
