There is alot of variety in breakfast cereal! Mothers oats in slow cook or one minute! Ralston, farina and all types of Bob's red mill 10 grain 8 grain and about five more he sells! Cream of rice is one of my favorites! Today I am having Malt O Meal and to make it really good I add cinnimon. butter, brown sugar and honey plus soy mild or regular 2 percent milk! Sometimes I cut half a banna and cook it in the hot water before adding the cereal! Grits is another that can be made to taste great ! Anyone have any other ways to cook it!

I just have my oatmeal every morning and about every other day I dose it up with cinimon due to having diabetes. I would love to have honey in it but all I use for sweetening is splenda, but honey is my favorite of all sweeteners.
