Not sure what this stuff is called, but.... Ya take a pack of that finely shredded slaw mix an dump it in the skillet. Then add either a tad bit of water or bacon grease. (depends on yer cholestrol) Add a small pinch in ground ginger, salt, pepper, and splash in some Worchestershire sauce. Stick the lid on an simmer till done. Not bad stuff. I can eat a whole skillet full in one sitting. Cept it gives me gas. I like it cuz its fast an easy. Since yous talkin bout cole slaw, I figgered hot slaw onna cold day made more sense.

I do the same thing I just add my Rub and I put it in the crockpot and let it slow cook it is great takes minutes to get started and at the end of a cold day it hits the spot

That really sounds good with it. Was thinking about adding smoked sasauge with it.
