Mmmm.... that brisket dinner sure sounded good! I have been on a tomato sandwich kick .... no meat, just lots of fresh, juicy, vine ripe tomato and mayo on fresh, soft, all-natural bread. Attachments:

Beautiful day today. Bluebird sky and in the low 80s.. Had charcoal grilled Spareribs, baked patatoe with real butter and salt / pepper, homemade baked beans and toasted homemade garlic bread. Chased down with ice cold Corona that has been in the fridge since July 4th 2010. Have two of those left. Maybe one for New Years and the other for next July 4th. ;D Guess I could make somebody a very good " house husband"

I sent a few folks home with bags of pork, we fed about 400 if I guessed right. There is always some left over as the Side meat (bacon) isn't so good to serve for sandwiches. I like to slice it and fry it like bacon salt it good and make BLT's with fresh tomatoes from the garden. (now 'm hungry again) planning on having broccoli with cheese tonight, don't know what else, but craving cheesy broccoli really bad today. Dave

Sounds like BLT and cheesy broccoli would be good. Or maybe fry some bacon, cut it up and put it on top of the cheesy broccoli with tomatoes on the side. Sounds good also.
